All this talk about eating right, exercising, and getting healthy can be very daunting. It is easy to put aside the whole thing altogether because the goal is just too big. Participants learn that the key to achieving their health goals is to gradually incorporate new physical and mental habits into their day�s routine. When habits are introduced in small increments they can more easily be made part of the participants� lives. Taking breaks and running after work, for example, can be gradually added into their daily routines until the activities become second nature, and they can�t imagine their day without them.
