Our Wellness Coach, Ashley McIntosh, helps her clients set goals and achieve them. There is nothing quite like the feeling of success. Working with the physical, nutritional, and mental, Ashley gets her clients to where they want to be so they can get to ‘success’ on their own terms. And once they get there, they will realize the strong, inspired, and vital person they have become - they can stop ‘tolerating’ their lives, and get living.
+ADD Workout Sessions to Wellness Coaching
Get out there. Of course a new workout is difficult at first. Any new skill is difficult at first because we haven’t yet experienced the enjoyment of getting comfortable with it. We haven’t yet developed it as a habit. Ashley helps her clients reach their fitness goals by helping them find the exercise that that they like doing – and then works with them through the ‘tough times’ at the beginning so they eventually learn to love it and can’t imagine their lives without it.

Around 90% of women have tried dieting to lose weight. When one looks at the billions of dollars spent on this industry each year, it is clear that dieting has been normalized in our culture.
Dieting is NOT normal and does not have to be your way of achieving the body you want. With a deep passion to help women reacquaint their relationships with food, exercise and their bodies, Ashley is here to teach women how to achieve health the right way….for life.
