9 Module Transformation:
- Mindful Bites N’ More: Cultivating wellness, defining our vision, and creating your story line; redefining success (4 hour).
- Deepening Mindful Bites: Navigating the waters and staying the course (2 hour).
- Pressure Cooker Antidote: Finding solutions & developing skills for the daily grind (4 hour).
- Checking in: What is working? What isn’t? Where are our opportunities? What are the next steps (2 hour)?
- Deepening the plot. Identity and beliefs: Who are we and what are our beliefs that allow us to create and maintain this healthy and engaged congruent culture (4 hour)?
- Managing setbacks and maintaining commitment (2 hour).
- Solution-focussed thinking: Learning the skills (4 hour).
- Skill enhancement and fine-tuning (2 hour).
- Celebration and appreciation: Who have we become, and what is our legacy (4 hour)?
Maintaining Momentum:
- Personal Coaching: 1-3 sessions per month offered to committed participants.
- Breakfast Club: Ongoing breakfast club meetings. Frequency to be determined during the initial workshop
- Internal Reward Systems: Creating self-achieved appreciation
