Ashley McIntosh

Combining a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and certificates in Nutritional Consulting and Solution-focused Coaching, Ashley brings both technical and natural talent to her work as a motivating life and wellness coach. She understands that her clients are the experts of their own lives and bodies, and skillfully guides them to attain healthy, balanced and fulfilled lives appropriate for their own bodies, minds and passions.

Recognizing the demands of modern society, Ashley has a passion for helping individuals disregard the many messages that are given to them by other sources and instead begin to focus on what their hearts truly want. When working with Ashley, individuals learn to make choices from their own values, and experience their career, fitness and nutrition goals becoming clear and easy to realize.

In a society obsessed with fad diets and food 'tricks' I had become confused and unsure about what was 'good' for my body.  Ashley helped me establish a healthy relationship with food in a physical, mental, and emotional way. As I  clear away my very loud emotional blocks connected with food I am finding that my body will tell me exactly what it needs I can listen.  I am relearning how to communicate with my body. I have found that working externally on my food choices while simultaneously looking internally at the root of my food fears is leading me more and more towards a harmonious balance in my life.  Working with Ashley has been invaluable in improving the overall quality of my life.
